Where to Find Your Orders

In the Hungry Canadian apps (iOS and Android), your order history is located under Account > My Orders.

On the Hungry Canadian website, the experience is the same, but the account icon is located in the top-right of the page. In the apps, the account icon is located in the bottom-right.

What You Can View on Each Order

From My Orders, you can open any order to view:

  • Your bill/receipt
  • Order details (items and totals)
  • A timeline with timestamps (live during the order and available after completion)
  • A Re-Order button for quick repeat orders

Order Statuses You Will See

Order statuses vary slightly depending on whether your order is delivery or pickup.

Delivery

  • Pending
  • Accepted
  • Ready
  • Delivered

Pickup

  • Pending
  • Accepted
  • Ready
  • Collected
  • Complete

If your timeline shows newer timestamps but the status label hasn’t refreshed yet, close and reopen the order to reload the most recent update.

Why Orders Can Appear Delayed

Timing can vary for several reasons, including:

  • High order volume during peak hours
  • Longer-than-expected preparation times
  • Weather, traffic, or courier availability (delivery)

When in doubt, check your order timeline for the most recent timestamp.

When to Contact Support

Contact support if your order needs help

If your status appears stuck for an extended period, your order is marked delivered but not received, or you cannot resolve the issue using the timeline details, contact support.

For faster help, include your name, the business name, the approximate order time, and any order reference shown in your timeline. Do not share payment details.
